Job Title:
Sr. Administrative Analyst
Location: Desert Center, CA (Hybrid: Monday-Thursday onsite 6:00 AM 4:30 PM; Fridays off)
Opportunity Type: C2C (Corp-to-Corp)


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Administrative Analyst to manage and support facility asset maintenance, including buildings, grounds, residences, and equipment. The candidate will oversee contracts for facility services, plan and direct maintenance and construction projects, and ensure contract compliance through quality inspections and invoice approvals. This role requires regular travel to various client sites and close collaboration with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple facility maintenance and construction projects across four client locations: Gene, Iron Mountain, Eagle Mountain, and Hinds Villages.

  • Oversee contract administration including development, negotiation, compliance monitoring, and invoice processing.

  • Conduct quality control inspections ensuring work aligns with contract terms and client standards.

  • Maintain schedules and coordinate with contractors, trades, and facility staff to ensure timely completion of projects.

  • Conduct research and complex analysis to develop reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.

  • Support housing-related projects considering safety, operational continuity, and project phasing.

  • Provide regular updates to management and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Review and monitor budgets, financial reports, and assist in contract negotiations.

  • Monitor and analyze state/federal regulatory changes impacting facility operations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree plus 6 years relevant experience, or Master s degree plus 4 years relevant experience in Facility Management, Administrative Analysis, or related fields.

  • Minimum 4 years experience in contract administration/management in building or facility maintenance environment.

  • Expertise in facility operations, construction, and contract compliance.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex data clearly.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Valid California driver s license required.

  • Ability to travel to multiple client sites and operate client vehicles


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with construction and property management projects.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.


Work Environment:

  • Hybrid schedule: Onsite Monday to Thursday, Fridays off.

  • Sedentary work with some walking, standing, bending, and light lifting as required.
