Job Details
Delivers HR administration activities to support Talent Acquisition team to staff, managers and internal HR colleagues and the implementation of efficient and effective processes for all TA activities across the region or client group. The role will primarily focus on more simple TA Delivery activities such as interview scheduling, under direction
Responsibilities
Sourcing· Coordinates debriefing schedules
Recruitment and Interview Process· Builds recruitment system knowledge· Follows instructions to assist with full cycle coordination (requisition through hiring) of the recruiting & onboarding processes· Schedules candidate interviews & logistics
· Responds to basic queries from employees, managers and external institutes· Maintains the candidate database on the candidate tracking system· Provides regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progress· Ensures compliance with requisitionsCollaboration· Partners with the recruiter(s) and hiring manager(s) to achieve an efficient, accurate & high touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experience· Responds to basic queries and requests from line managers/employees on various TA related queries· Supports team members with administration requests on an ad hoc basis
