Required Qualifications & Experience:
ServiceNow Expertise
10+ years of experience in designing and developing ServiceNow solutions.
Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, and custom applications.
In-depth knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM), CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer).
Experience in ServiceNow integration with external systems (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, MID Server, and Integration Hub).
Deep understanding of ServiceNow security, access controls, and data privacy best practices.
Technical & Architecture Skills
Experience in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and SaaS platforms.
Strong understanding of Microservices, APIs, and modern integration strategies.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, and ITIL methodologies.
Performance optimization experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Soft Skills & Work Environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Leadership and mentoring capabilities for guiding development teams.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
