Project Overview
Objective : Augment existing analytics team with skilled data analysts to enhance business intelligence capabilities, support client retention efforts, and drive new business acquisition through data-driven insights in the healthcare sector.
Duration : 3-6 months with extension options Team Size: [6-8] healthcare data analysts Reporting Structure: Will report to Analytics Manager/Data Science Lead
Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis across healthcare member data
  • Develop data & BI assets to support business development and client business organizations
  • Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards for consumption
  • Deliver custom analytical reports demonstrating
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical staff, product managers, and engineering
Key Deliverables
  • Periodic reports from business requirements
  • Interactive PowerBI dashboards
  • Ad-hoc analytical deep-dives as requested by business stakeholders
  • Standard reporting templates and automated reporting processes
  • Documentation of analytical methodologies and code repositories

3. Required Qualifications
Mandatory Technical Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in data analysis within healthcare or related industry
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and R programming languages
  • PowerBI expertise (at least one team member must have advanced PowerBI skills)
  • Experience with healthcare data sets and member analytics
  • Proven track record of creating maintainable, scalable analytical code
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
  • Experience with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA)
  • Knowledge of clinical terminology and healthcare workflows
  • Previous experience in client-facing analytics roles
  • Certification in relevant tools (MySQL, PowerBI, Redshift,Microsoft Power Platform, Tableau, etc.)
