Job Description

The Senior Manager - Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics responsibilities will include:

  • Spearheading the data strategy for the entire organization, including data governance, data architecture and analytics adoption, enablement and execution.
  • Manage both an in-house team along with managing external partners and vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with stakeholders of all levels to identify the reporting needs for specific departments (Finance, IT, Operations, Commercial) and integrate data into core business processes
  • Ensure the optimization of multiple data platforms (Snowflake, Power BI, Azure Synapse)
  • Maintan and develop ETL processes, data models and data pipelines
  • Lead enterprise data governance and master data management
  • Ensure Data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPPA, GDPR)
  • Ensure scalable, secure integration across cloud and on-premise systems

The Successful Applicant

The Senior Manager - Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics will have the following experience:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data and analytics roles
  • 5+ years people management and leadership experience. Preferably both in-house and external resources
  • Modern data platform experience - Azure, AWS, Snowflake
  • BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proven experience with data governance, master data management, and data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in manufacturing (specifically medical device manufacturing) is highly beneficial

  • Base salary ranging from $140k-$175k depending on experience
