Job Description:
Job Title: Office Administrator with Real Estate Background
Location: Dublin, CA
Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate Acquisition:
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire new real estate properties aligned with company strategy.
- Manage lease negotiations, agreements, and documentation for new acquisitions.
Tenant Management:
- Source, manage, and maintain relationships with tenants for existing properties.
- Address tenant queries and ensure high tenant satisfaction.
Office Operations:
- Oversee office supplies, inventory, and daily administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing postal mails and courier services.
Vendor Management:
- Liaise with office and property vendors to ensure timely services and cost efficiency.
Executive Support (CEO):
- Provide personal and professional assistance to the CEO while they are in the US.
- Schedule meetings, manage travel arrangements, and coordinate communications.
- Handle ad hoc executive tasks to ensure smooth workflow for CEO.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate acquisition, office administration, or executive assistance.
- Experience supporting senior executives or CEOs is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
