Job Title: Office Administrator with Real Estate Background

Location: Dublin, CA

Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate Acquisition:

  • Identify, evaluate, and acquire new real estate properties aligned with company strategy.
  • Manage lease negotiations, agreements, and documentation for new acquisitions.

Tenant Management:

  • Source, manage, and maintain relationships with tenants for existing properties.
  • Address tenant queries and ensure high tenant satisfaction.

Office Operations:

  • Oversee office supplies, inventory, and daily administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing postal mails and courier services.

Vendor Management:

  • Liaise with office and property vendors to ensure timely services and cost efficiency.

Executive Support (CEO):

  • Provide personal and professional assistance to the CEO while they are in the US.
  • Schedule meetings, manage travel arrangements, and coordinate communications.
  • Handle ad hoc executive tasks to ensure smooth workflow for CEO.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate acquisition, office administration, or executive assistance.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or CEOs is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
