Job Title: AWS Architect (Contact Center Domain)
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement cloud-based contact center architectures leveraging Amazon Connect, Lambda, Lex, and other AWS services.
Develop end-to-end contact center solutions, integrating with CRM systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.) and third-party platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Optimize system performance, security, and reliability within AWS.
Lead migration of legacy contact center platforms (e.g., Avaya, Cisco, Genesys) to AWS-based architectures.
Establish best practices for high availability, disaster recovery, and compliance (HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to development and operations teams.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure architecture aligns with enterprise goals and standards.
