Application Programmer V

Compensation
Pay Range:$47.04-$67.20/Hrs

Description:
* Collaborate with business partners to develop requirements and document design.
* Lead discussions to determine design solutions and propose new technology ideas.
* Coordinate with near shore and offshore teammates in a matrixed environment.
* Engage with Business Analysts for requirement understanding and design solutions.
* Ensure adherence to process quality standards and deliver high-quality outputs.
* Identify improvement areas within applications and work on implementations.
* Provide thought leadership and partner with technology and business associates.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop ETL processes in a Data Warehouse environment.
* Work on multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
* Collaborate with Information Architecture team for technical solutions.
* Identify technology gaps and propose viable solutions.
* Take accountability for technical deliveries from offshore teams.
* Work with development teams and QA during post-code development phase.
* Adhere to team s governing principles and policies.

Qualifications:
* 15 years of experience as a Developer.
* Strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills.
* Ability to design systems with minimal guidance.
* Excellent analytical and logical skills.
* Knowledge of project life cycle, Data Warehousing, and Dimensional Data Modeling.
* Experience in handling large data volumes and performance tuning.
* Experience in large financial organizations is preferred.
