We are seeking to hire an Oracle Utilities Developer (with focus on Oracle Utilities billing component v1.6.x) to join our team working on Power Utilities Billing application implementation for a multi-year program at a Federal Gov t agency. This role is 100% remote.
Being a US Cit to qualify for passing a Security Clearance is required.
This position pays a strong salary package with full benefits (including choice of healthcare plans, dental, vision, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and a matching 401k).
An option for working on an hourly rate is also available for those not needing a full benefits package.

Role Description:
This role will engage in hands-on production support for the Power Billing application for a wholesale energy company. Ideal candidate is a strong SME on Oracle Utilities billing component v1.6.x, comfortable with reading and debugging customization code written in Rules Lang, and able to develop enhancements to existing functionality. Candidate has moderate to high exposure to retail or wholesale Utility energy billing, with functional knowledge of major bill determinants.
This role is responsible for activities such as program design, coding, testing, debugging or documentation. This individual has technical knowledge and responsibility of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. Understands the business or function for which application is designed. The Programmer may Write programs according to specifications, which may be provided by Engineers, technical architects, or other computer scientists Update, repair, modify and expand existing computer programs
