Job Details

Title: Informatica IDMC Admin

Location: Southlake, TX (Onsite)

4 days’ work from office.

Duration: FTE or 3 CTH Only

Salary: $100-115K

Please find the JD 

- New IICS Service and/or pattern enablement

- Experience with IDMC CDI service (Cloud Data integration)  &  IDMC CDI PC service (Cloud Data integration for PowerCenter) is a must

- Experience with IDMC CAI Service (Cloud Application integration) is good to have

- Production migration/deployment of ETL objects & associated files through CICD pipelines

- Provide L1 (Monitoring), L1.5 (Basic Dev & incident management) support, L2 (Complex Incident

  Management), L3 (Complex Dev) support from the Customer Secured Delivery Center set up.

- Continuous Platform Optimizations to improve Resiliency, Up-time, and resolution of Vulnerabilities within SLA

- Enforce platform governance & standards

- Platform Support for IICS Major, Minor & Ad hoc releases (EBFs)

- Development and refinement of dashboards for monitoring capacity planning and platform resiliency

- Execute annual Disaster Recovery & Password rotation exercises

- Assist with Audit requests

- Capacity Increases and Health Monitoring

- To manage and support the platforms on rotational shift basis. (Major support requirement in the US business time)

- To learn new platform management technologies and tools as a part of the cross-skilling exercise in Project life cycle.

Expertise You'll Bring

- Skills - IICS Platform Management, Platform Support, ITSM tools knowledge, ITIL

- 9+ Years of IT experience in Informatica platform management & min 2 years’ experience in IICS platform administration / management.

- Good knowledge with ITIL framework & ITSM tools.

- Major Incident management & excellent customer interfacing skills.

- Good email communication & client management skills.

- Innovative Thinking & proven automation experience.

- Organization Commitment (hard working)

- Customer FocOrientation.

- Adapting to the project requirements in terms of technical skills
