Position: SOFTWARE Test Lead

Location: King Of Persia, PA (Onsite)

Mandatory Skills: Software testing

Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Life Sciences, GxP Compliance, and Computer System Validation (CSV).

Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Enterprise Testing Strategy, and Test Center of Excellence (TCOE) frameworks.

Leadership & Management: Proven experience in leading large testing teams, managing performance, and resolving people-related challenges.

Client Relationship Management: Strong stakeholder engagement skills to build trust and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Project & Program Management: Expertise in managing complex testing programs across multiple platforms and teams.

Serve as the primary onsite liaison with customer, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

Drive regulatory compliance by leveraging GxP and CSV expertise, which is essential in the Life Sciences domain.

Lead the implementation of TCOE concepts, including frameworks, themes, and platform strategies tailored to Client s needs.

Manage cross-functional coordination, ensuring alignment across development, QA, and business teams.

Address sensitive personnel issues and escalations with maturity and discretion, maintaining team morale and productivity.
