Marketing Assistant/Coordinator

Description:

Budget & Purchase Orders:

• Own budget tracker, process PO s, invoices and manage communication with internal and external partners and vendors.
• As needed, onboard new vendors

Logistics Management:

• Responsible for creating all product orders, managing shipments, and communicating timelines to internal and external partners.
• Manage inventory of the team product closet for all mailers and events.

Team Coordination:

• Create, organize, and maintain internal team storage hub of all documents.
• Track all project timelines in team dashboard, communicating timelines and updates to all key stakeholders.
• Oversee, manage, and communicate updates across internal clients reporting systems.

Strategy & Briefing:

• Create vendor briefs for Prada Beauty s product launch campaigns.
• Identify and vet potential Influencer talent for product mailers.
• Own reporting, recapping and occasionally strategy slides for team presentations.

Call Notes from Intake:

• Looking for someone passionate, driven, with high attention to detail, someone who has the desire to be organized and make complex systems more digestible
• Heavily administrative, great for learning the behind the scenes process
• Will be working in systems - POs, order forms, eager to learn and develop in that area
• Excited and interested in luxury brands
• College grad would be great
• Someone who is a self-starter with a desire for a career in beauty
• Someone who can operate with autonomy
• Ability to shift priorities quickly as things change
• Reporting to VP with a dotted line to the rest of the team - collaborative mindset with ability to digest and ingest feedback
• Open/flexible in terms of experience background
