Data Analyst

Are you a data-driven analyst with a passion for gaming? We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a high-visibility team at a major gaming studio, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping strategic decisions for one of the world's most popular games. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in dashboarding and data analysis to provide actionable insights that directly impact player engagement, revenue, and overall player experience. You will be a key partner to a variety of internal teams, translating complex data into a compelling narrative that guides the business forward.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and enhance Power BI dashboards that meet critical business needs.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis on key business trends and provide recommendations based on your findings.
• Drive end-to-end projects, from gathering stakeholder requirements to delivering production-ready solutions.
• Create and automate source data tables to ensure data accuracy and reliability for reporting.

• Proven experience in data analysis and dashboarding, with a strong preference for Power BI.
• Demonstrated expertise in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience engaging directly with various stakeholders to gather requirements and present data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for presenting complex data clearly and concisely.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, with on-site collaboration required at our Redmond, WA office. Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
