RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Agile Scrum Master to join their UI team under Trade Management. This hybrid role combines agile facilitation with technical project management to drive successful delivery of critical trading platform initiatives. The Agile Scrum Master will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing complex technical projects, and ensuring seamless execution of trade management solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
* Project Management credential (PMP) preferred
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
* IT Project & Portfolio Management expertise is required: Experience and working knowledge of agile technology development methodologies
* Working knowledge of Trading and Financial Systems
* Demonstrated Collaboration Experience: Ability to proactively seek out and collaborate with critical business and systems partners, across multiple business units and geographical locations to ensure tight integration and coordination of development and delivery
* Written and Oral Communication/Presentation Skills: Comfortable creating documentation and presenting to senior business partners and technical management teams
* Innovation Mindset and Creativity Skills: Encourages others to look at problems and processes in new ways and champions continuous improvement
* Experience in Web/cloud project planning and roadmaps
* Ability to understand the business criticality of various applications as they relate to complex business processes
* Able to understand a complex and global systems environment
* Experience with Jira and Confluence
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
