Location: Bothell, WA / Atlanta, GA - On Site

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow FSM Technical Architect with over 12 years of experience in ServiceNow FSM module to join our ServiceNow practice. The ideal candidate will need to lead, design, and implement Field Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The architect will work closely with stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to ensure that FSM solutions are scalable, optimized, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to define functional and technical solutions for FSM.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and FSM consultants.
  • Design complex workflows, dispatch rules, scheduling logic, and mobile experiences for field technicians.
  • Experience with integration frameworks (REST, SOAP, APIs) to connect ServiceNow with other third part applications.
  • Develop high-level design documents, data models, and system integration strategies.
  • Optimize dispatching, routing, inventory management, and work order processes.
  • Ensure ServiceNow platform best practices, security guidelines, and performance standards are met.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities (if required) by providing solutioning expertise and client presentations.
  • Conduct workshops and demos to clients and project teams.
  • Stay updated with new ServiceNow FSM capabilities and guide clients on platform roadmap and innovation.

Required Skills & Certifications:
  • 12+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including 3+ years specifically in Field Service Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with FSM configuration, Dispatch Dispatch, Agent Mobile App, Work Order Management, Field Operations and Field Technician workflows.
  • Deep understanding of territory planning, agent assignment rules, optimization, and asset management in FSM.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Custom App development (App Engine), if extensions are needed.
  • Understanding of FSM industry use cases (e.g., utilities, telecom, healthcare).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist FSM(Mandatory)
