Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite at Pittsburgh, PA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Lead release planning and coordinate QA/Production deployments
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and risk
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth release cycles
  • Track and communicate progress using Agile tools like Confluence
Must-Have Skills:
  • 3-5 years experience with:
    • Agile & Scrum frameworks
    • Release planning & coordination
    • Confluence
    • Cross-functional team coordination
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Nice-to-Have:
  • DevOps exposure
  • Experience with ServiceNow
Required Certification:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
