Job Details

JOB SUMMARY:

Assist with the coordination of a variety of functions and/or requirements related to the aftermarket eCommerce team including reporting and business analytic solutions. This is not an IT position; however, the role will involve close collaboration with IT teams to support technical aspects of eCommerce initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with developing reports and dashboards in Power BI and other tools.
  • Support the development, management, and maintenance of the Digital Asset database, while supporting the uploading of assets and system upgrades when needed.
  • Coordinate regularly with eCommerce team and various other functions including but not limited to:
    • Information Technology
    • Corporate Global Logistics Team
    • Internal Customers
    • External Customers
    • Regulatory Compliance Team
    • Service Providers
  • Assist with testing the functionality of our website and provide suggestions to meet internal and external customer expectations.

EDUCATION:

Pursuing Bachelor's degree in:

  • Management Information Systems
  • Computer Science
  • Engineering
  • Other related technical fields

EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a team environment to meet department level objectives

Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for F-1 students and J-1 exchange visitors who will need employment sponsorship.

Summer internships are 40 hours per week typically from late-May to early-August lasting 10 weeks.

Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager.
