Job Title: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS)
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term

Requirement:

Experience Level: Minimum 5 years ServiceNow implementation experience
Government Experience: 5+ years government facility experience with regulators
Implementation Skills: ServiceNow module configuration; Business process analysis; Requirements gathering; User training delivery
SAM/HAM Expertise: Hands-on experience implementing SAM and HAM modules
Project Coordination: Experience coordinating implementation activities
Training Delivery: Ability to develop and deliver training to end users
ServiceNow Certification: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - SAM and/or HAM - MANDATORY
Education:Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configure ServiceNow SAM and HAM modules
Lead requirements gathering sessions
Coordinate implementation activities
Develop and deliver user training
Support testing and go-live activities
