If you are passionate about delivering best-in-class sales technology, thrive on aligning people, process, and platforms, and want to help sellers and partners succeed, this is the role for you!
How you will lead:
* Own the product lifecycle for SPM capabilities, from requirements definition to delivery and adoption
* Define and execute roadmaps for incentive compensation and quota management platforms
* Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, and Technology teams to ensure accurate compensation calculations and payouts
* Manage and optimize SPM platforms (SAP Incentive Management, Varicent), ensuring scalability and reliability across sales and partner models
* Serve as the primary point of contact for SPM escalations, driving timely issue resolution

REQUIREMENTS:
* Undergraduate degree in Business, Technology, or related discipline; MBA preferred
* 7+ years of experience in product management, technology delivery, or solution architecture, with a focus on sales performance and compensation systems
* Strong expertise in SPM tools (SAP Incentive Management, Varicent)
* Proven experience in incentive compensation and quota management processes, including design, implementation, and optimization
* Experience working closely with Finance on compensation workflows, quota management, and payout execution
* Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM and its integration with compensation systems
* Ability to develop product requirements, write user stories, and define success criteria for technology delivery
* Strong skills in Agile methodologies, roadmap planning, and cross-functional team leadership
* Ability to manage tradeoffs, resolve escalations, and drive adoption of scalable SPM solutions
* Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
