Job Details

Job Title: QA Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Employment Type: W2 Only- $65-75hr

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional with 5+ years of hands-on expertise to join our team in a hybrid role that blends engineering and quality assurance leadership. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in agile development, testing automation, and integration work, particularly within the ServiceNow ecosystem. The role offers the opportunity to lead initiatives, pilot new concepts, and help drive the transition away from manual testing toward more efficient, automated solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups
  • Manage and maintain a backlog of integrations
  • Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) to write user stories
  • Pilot new proof-of-concept initiatives
  • Serve as QA Lead, responsible for testing and analyzing results
  • Utilize additional tooling to complete testing tasks and implement results
  • Act as Engineering Lead, responsible for story fulfillment and development
  • Work within a specialized testing system (ATF), writing tests alongside code development
  • Support the transition away from manual testing and documentation
