Job Details

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for Cisco UCCX, CUCM, and Unity Connection platforms.
  • Design, document, and implement call centre routing, workflows, and scripts.
  • Support CUCM call manager configuration and Unity voicemail administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives, including creating service design packages.
  • Occasionally work after-hours or weekends for critical upgrades or incidents.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX)
  • 5+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
  • 5+ years of experience with Cisco Unity Connection (CUC)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
