Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Architect to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a pure architect with deep experience in designing enterprise integration strategies for Oracle Cloud ERP environments, acting as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong business and technical background across Oracle Cloud ERP modules and integrations, functioning as both an enterprise architect and an integration developer.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Integration Strategy:

Design and implement enterprise-wide integration strategies for Oracle Cloud ERP, ensuring seamless connectivity with upstream and downstream applications (including Oracle HCM, EPM, and third-party solutions)

Solution Architecture:

Lead the architecture, design, and development of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen2), FBDI, HDL, HCM Extracts, and web services (REST/SOAP)

Business Process Understanding:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements across Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as GL, AP, AR, OM, P2P, O2C, Pricing, and HCM, translating them into scalable technical solutions

Legacy System Modernization:

Participate in the review and re-development of legacy ERP integrations, migrating and optimizing them for the Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM ecosystem

Platform Expertise:

Architect solutions leveraging Oracle PaaS, SaaS, Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), EPM/PBCS, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

Web Services & Data Integration:

Design and develop robust web services and data pipelines for real-time and batch integrations, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance

Documentation & Best Practices:

Produce comprehensive architecture documents, integration patterns, and best practices for development, deployment, and support

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP technical roles, with at least 5 years as an architect in Oracle Cloud ERP environments
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Oracle Cloud ERP modules: GL, AP, AR, OM, P2P, O2C, Pricing, and HCM
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen2), FBDI, HDL, HCM Extracts, and Oracle Cloud web services (REST/SOAP)
  • Demonstrated experience designing and developing integrations across Oracle ERP, HCM, and third-party applications
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle PaaS, SaaS, FAW, FDI, EPM/PBCS, and OCI
  • Proven ability to review, modernize, and migrate legacy ERP integrations to Oracle Cloud
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud certifications (OIC, ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
  • Exposure to other iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is a plus
