Job Title: Junior PLM Business Analyst - 3DXexperience
Location: Akron, OH (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced PLM Business Analyst with mandatory expertise in 3DXexperience and Siemens Teamcenter for managing project requirements, resourcing, tracking, and delivery within the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical capabilities, ensuring seamless implementation of PLM solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Translation and Solution Design:

  • Translate business needs into technical capabilities within the Siemens Teamcenter PLM system.
  • Provide implementation options for PLM solutions that align with business goals.
  • Generate effort estimates and prioritize delivery sequencing.
  • Facilitate testing processes, ensuring successful validation and implementation.

Collaboration and Troubleshooting:

  • Align business and technology teams by collaborating with product, business, and technology leaders.
  • Work with architects and development teams on system design, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Solid background in Siemens Teamcenter and mandatory 3DXexperience expertise.
  • Deep understanding of PLM processes, including change management, requirements management, BOM, application integrations, and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in PLM solutions, focusing on Siemens Teamcenter and 3DXexperience.
  • Strong expertise in change management, BOM handling, system integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring PLM alignment with business and technical teams.
