We are seeking a hands-on IT Operations Transition Lead to support the successful go-live and operational readiness of a high-impact Electronic First Notice of Loss (eFNOL) platform for an insurance organization. This role bridges project delivery and long-term application support, ensuring a smooth transition from build to run.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition from project mode to operational support (L3)
- Define and document SLA agreements, RACI models, and incident support diagrams
- Coordinate monitoring, escalation paths, and dry runs pre-launch
- Structure and manage incoming documentation for operational teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consulting partners to ensure readiness
- Utilize observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure, Datadog) for visibility and support
Must-Have Skills:
- Applied ITIL v4 experience (not just academic)
- Strong knowledge of Incident Management, Change Enablement, and Service Level Management
- Experience with digital platforms and web applications
- Hands-on with Confluence, Visio, and observability tools
- Ability to lead meetings, drive clarity, and manage documentation
Ideal Candidate:
- 5-10 years of experience in IT operations or service management
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with consulting partners
- Strong communicator with a balance of technical understanding and strategic thinking
- Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments is a strong asset
