Job Details
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Warehouse environments.
- 5+ years of experience in SQL development, data analysis, or data validation.
- Strong Healthcare Domain knowledge (e.g., claims, members, providers, eligibility, encounters, etc.).
- Experience preparing Functional Specifications, Source-to-Target Mapping Documents, and Data Profiling reports.
- Proven ability to perform UAT and work closely with QA teams.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of RDBMS and ETL concepts.
