Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a IT Support Agent to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.

This person must be able to rotate onsite and offsite hybrid schedule in Birmingham, AL. Cannot work C2C, no 3rd party applicants, sponsorship is not provided

Day to Day:

  • Acting as first contact customer service via phone and email, performing level 1 & 2 service delivery on basic IT infrastructure and application issues, communicating with end users, documenting and following standard support procedures, teamwork and providing proper shift coverage, and continual service improvement.
  • General hardware troubleshooting including laptop/desktop computers, mouse + keyboard sets, monitors, and printers' network connectivity
  • Troubleshooting with Microsoft Office Suite of applications including Outlook and Office 365
  • Imaging PCs, helping with password resets, and using Microsoft Intune for mobile device management
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating with end users.
  • Documenting issues and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Desktop hardware and software application support experience (level 1 or 2 desired) including experience with password resets, troubleshooting browser issues, and imaging computers.
  • Troubleshoot PCs (both laptop, desktops and tablets)
  • Wireless devices including iPhone, iPad, Android, Netbooks, etc.
  • General office equipment such as telephone, copy/fax machines, printers
  •  Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal (email and phone) communication
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Intune are a BONUS.

Other Requirements:

  • Regular, reliable and predictable attendance and punctuality.
  • Shift work is a core requirement to facilitate 24/7 365-day coverage.
  • Will be required to work as necessary during disaster situations, i.e., before, during or after a disaster.
  • Take advantage of technical training and certification opportunities.
  • Authors and follows standard support procedures.
