We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Federal Financials Lead to lead and support Oracle Fusion Financials implementations for a Federal Contracts organization. The candidate will play a key role in solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support while ensuring compliance with federal financial regulations.
Role: Oracle Fusion Federal Financials Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials for federal contracting environments
- Configure and manage modules including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets
- Ensure compliance with Federal Financial Management, FAR, and government accounting standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Oversee integrations, data conversions, and financial reporting
- Support audits, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close activities
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with technical teams
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Oracle Financials experience
- Proven experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Financials for a Federal Contracts company
- Strong knowledge of federal accounting, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (end-to-end preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
