Job Description:
Client is a supercenter chain throughout the Midwest with corporate headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They are looking for a Digital Program Manager to add to their Digital / E-commerce team. This role will be best filled by someone who has successful Program Manager experiences in delivering Programs level initiatives - not just managing PM's or PMO's. Scrum Master and Scaled Agile or SAFe experiences are required as this role will work in partnership with the Release Train Engineer in a SAFe environment. This Program Management will be accountable for the successful delivery of the Digital Roadmap and operate as a strategic, additional, layer to manage: strategic prioritization, working across multiple teams internal and external, dependencies, resource planning, risk management, gap analysis, governance, reporting to Sr leadership, and future planning.
Required(ranked):
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of project leadership experiences
2+ year's experience as a Program Management
2+ year's experience as a Scrum Master
1+ year's experience with Scaled Agile / SAFe
3+ of experience in a retail or digital environment with E-commerce
Self-starter with strong communication, leadership, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Extensive experience in working with cross-functional teams and staff of all levels
Advanced skills in Azure DevOps (VSTS work item management), Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Ability to provide a high level of quality and productivity.
