THE WORK:
    • You'll maintain organized and detailed construction files, project records and logs.
    • You'll oversee and review daily field inspector reports.
    • You'll track, document and manage project issues and conditions, including the management of the construction Request For Information (RFI) and submittal process.
    • You'll provide and coordinate technical and administrative information to others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions.
    • You'll work with payment applications, including quantity dispute resolution.
    • You'll review submittals for compliance with the Contract Documents and read design drawings and specifications.
    • You'll communicate and interact with the other members of the Asset Renewal team and LAWA departments, City Dept.'s., contractors and Airlines.
    • You'll start up a project and on board the contractor or design-builders.
    • You'll close out projects, including: operations and maintenance manuals, payment releases, punch-list documentation and closeout, final pay applications, warranty and training requirements, etc.
    • You'll take meeting-minutes and distribute to attendees.
    • You'll support the Construction Manager and Program Manager in other tasks and duties.
    • You'll work on an occupied and operating campus.
    • You'll coordinate and implement Area Shutdown Requests (ASR's), and Utility Shutdown Requests (USR's).
    • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, Engineering, and/or related industry experience
    • 10 years or more experience in managing the design of small and medium complex building projects, utilities and infrastructure improvements, preferably on airport projects
    • Experience with projects more than $25 million in value
    • Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build and Design/Build
    • Ability to work modified schedule as construction activities require

$136,334 - $149,968 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
