Immediate need for a talented Python Full Stack developer . This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Bethesda, MD (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; Python Development, React , AWS Services .
  • Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences
  • Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements
  • Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end by designing and implementing APIs, data models, and communication protocols between the different parts of the application.
  • Ensure application security, performance, uptime, and scale through sound cloud infrastructure engineering
  • Maintain high standards for code quality and application design
  • Work primarily in TypeScript, React, JavaScript/HTML/CSS
  • Bring to life the vision of our designers and collaborate with solution architects to create reusable web components and reliable APIs
  • Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
  • Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities
  • At least three years of experience in building large-scale software applications
  • Experience creating infrastructure-as-code (AWS CDK a plus)
  • Experience in building web applications (React experience a plus)
  • Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs (GraphQL a plus)
  • Knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Excellent debugging and optimization skills
  • Experience in unit/integration testing
