Job Description:
- The Product Operations Manager will coordinate with internal clients and cross-functional teams to launch, maintain, and enhance complex programs.
- The role involves managing product schedules, action items, and user experience, while ensuring smooth product implementation, rollout, and adoption.
- Coordinate with internal clients and teams to guide product decisions and align implementation across partners.
- Manage and update the Product Schedule, Issues/Action Items/Risks, Features Checklist, and User Experience.
- Identify and articulate new customer needs to the technology team.
- Manage all aspects of product implementation including analysis, requirements, rollout, and adoption.
- Drive product deliverables to completion as per implementation schedule
- Conduct training sessions for customers.
- 10 years of experience in product operations roles.
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
- PO/PM SAFe Professional certification.
- Expert-level problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Expert project planning and lifecycle development knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced ability to train and mentor others.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field (Master's degree preferred).
