RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a remote Salesforce Developer to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

REQUIREMENTS:
Certifications (Recommended):
* Salesforce Pardot Specialist Certification
* Salesforce Pardot Consultant Certification
* Salesforce Administrator Certification
* Optionally, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist for broader marketing tech expertise

Technical and Analytical Skills:
* HTML, CSS, JavaScript: For email and landing page customizations
* SQL or SOQL: For querying Salesforce or marketing data
* JavaScript/jQuery: For advanced form customizations
* Google Analytics/UTM tracking: For campaign tracking and attribution
* BI Tools/Reporting Tools: For building dashboards and reports

Core Pardot Skills:
Pardot Administration:
* Setting up and managing Pardot Business Units
* Managing connectors (Salesforce, Google Analytics, social platforms)
* User roles, permissions, and security settings

Marketing Automation Expertise:
* Building and managing Engagement Studio Programs
* Automation Rules, Completion Actions, and Dynamic Lists
* Scoring & Grading configuration for lead qualification
* Campaign setup and tracking

Pardot Forms, Landing Pages, and Templates:
* Designing and coding custom landing pages, forms, and email templates using HTML/CSS
* Implementing progressive profiling and form handlers

Pardot APIs:
* Working with the Pardot API to integrate with external systems or custom applications
* Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs

Data Management:
* Handling prospect data import/export
* Field mapping between Pardot and Salesforce
* Data hygiene and deduplication best practices

Salesforce Platform Skills:
Sales Cloud Integration:
* Understanding of Salesforce-Pardot Connector
* Knowledge of Salesforce objects: Leads, Contacts, Campaigns, Opportunities
* CRM Campaign Influence and Engagement History

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
