Opportunity Overview:

iSphere is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer for a long-term remote contract opportunity. This role focuses on building low-code/no-code business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft s Power Platform suite including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Power Apps Development: Design, build, and maintain custom business applications tailored to internal user needs

  • Process Automation: Develop and manage Power Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency

  • Reporting & Insights: Create impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making

  • System Integration: Connect Power Platform solutions to SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party APIs for seamless data flow

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather and interpret business requirements, translating them into practical system designs

  • User Enablement: Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training for the Power Platform tools deployed

Minimum Qualifications:

3 Required Hands-on experience developing with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
