Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 7-10 years of experience in IT to lead testing initiatives in the Health and Life Insurance domain, specifically Gap Insurance. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain expertise, hands-on experience with automation tools, and a solid understanding of modern testing methodologies and frameworks. Key Responsibilities Lead testing strategy and execution across projects in the Health/Life Insurance domain. Design and implement automation frameworks using open-source tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile and TDD environments. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to testing teams. Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the testing lifecycle. Work closely with development teams using Java and other technologies. Contribute to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline improvements. Utilize cloud platforms for testing and deployment activities. Required Qualifications Minimum 7-10 years of experience in IT with a focus on testing and quality assurance. Strong domain knowledge in Health and Life Insurance (Gap Insurance). Hands-on experience with automation tools (preferably open-source). Proficiency in Java. Experience with Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to DevOps practices and tools. Experience with public or private cloud platforms. Education: Bachelors Degree
