IT Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects remotely while ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.

Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships as needed.

Ensure quality standards and compliance with organizational policies.

Facilitate remote collaboration and maintain documentation for all project activities.

Use project management tools to track progress and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and technology solutions.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.

PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications preferred.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
