Job Title - Senior Sales Executive - Learning Solutions (North America )

Full Time Position

Location - New Jersey , Hybrid

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned quotas for learning content solutions in North America.
  • Identify and qualify new leads through prospecting, attending industry events, and networking.
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique learning and development needs.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing how our solutions can address prospect s specific challenges.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking progress and identifying potential roadblocks.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive overall team success.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • 6 10 years of successful B2B sales experience in the learning and development domain or a related domain.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Knowledge of training landscape and learning content solutions in US market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
