Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a proactive mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to drive business growth through engaging with potential hosts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market visits and assessments to evaluate listings and gather insights for strategic planning.
• Execute outbound sales strategies to connect with prospective hosts and re-engage churned clients.
• Participate actively in local community events and digital forums to identify and engage potential hosts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine pitches and messaging based on real-time feedback.
• Experiment with new strategies and operational processes to enhance outreach effectiveness.

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in sales or community engagement, particularly in startup or growth-focused environments.
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or similar industries.
• Background in building or executing sales strategies for multi-sided marketplaces.
• A passion for hospitality and understanding of small business owners’ needs.
