Location: Naperville, IL (Rates always include 1 week holiday + 1 week vacation)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Angular Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will write clean and well-structured code, translate UI mockups into responsive interfaces, and collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders. This role offers visibility across teams and ownership over new feature development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clean, scalable, maintainable Angular code in a fast-paced environment.

  • Estimate tasks accurately and deliver within agreed timelines.

  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros).

  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and implement effective solutions.

  • Work with teams on requirements, design, and architectural discussions.

  • Provide ongoing updates to business and engineering stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Angular (latest versions preferred).

  • Strong experience with:
    ✔ RxJS
    ✔ Ngx-Translate
    ✔ Bootstrap & Ngx-Bootstrap

  • Proven ability to translate design prototypes into functional UI.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to operate independently.

  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with other UI frameworks and modern front-end tools.

  • Experience improving UI workflows, tooling, or performance.

  • Ability to bring innovative UI concepts to execution.
