Location Miramar, FL Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

Compensation: $60.00/hr - 69.00/hr

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Employee Relations case management system using ServiceNow HRSD. This role involves replacing a legacy platform and introducing a centralized policy repository. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Project Management experience, with a background in HR/HCM systems and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, delivery, and steering activities
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive business process improvements and performance management initiatives
- Manage resource and budget allocations effectively
- Track KPIs and ensure alignment with project goals
- Maintain regular communication with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
- Oversee financial and workforce planning activities
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and project governance standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of hands-on Project Management experience
- Strong background in HR/HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors)
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD module highly preferred
- Previous involvement in data migration or legacy system replacement projects
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
- Familiarity with Planview (a plus)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
