Job Details

Summary:

We are looking for a STIBO Developer experienced in STIBO STEP Master Data Management (MDM) platform to design, configure, and implement data management solutions. The role involves hands-on development, data modeling, workflow configuration, and integration with enterprise applications to deliver scalable MDM solutions aligned with client business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and customize STIBO STEP MDM platform to manage master data across domains (Product, Customer, Supplier, etc.).

Develop and deploy business rules, workflows, data models, and user interfaces within STIBO STEP.

Integrate STIBO STEP with external systems (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, APIs) using STEP APIs, REST, or middleware tools.

Support data migration, data quality, and governance activities to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Participate in system testing, UAT, and production support for implemented MDM solutions.

Optimize solution performance and recommend enhancements for scalability and usability.
Required Skills & Experience:

4 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 2+ years in STIBO STEP MDM development.

Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data modeling, hierarchy management, and data governance frameworks.

Experience in Java, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, or related scripting languages for STIBO customization.

Hands-on experience with STIBO workflows, PIM setup, and business rule configuration.

Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, integration frameworks, and database systems (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and working in a client-facing environment.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience in Product Information Management (PIM) implementations.

Knowledge of Azure / AWS cloud integration with MDM solutions

STIBO STEP certification or formal training.
