About the Role
We are seeking a highly technical and business-savvy Lead Data Analyst to support high-visibility World Cup (Men s & Women s) Reporting and Product Intelligence programs. The ideal candidate is an analytical storyteller with strong SQL, Python, visualization, and backend data skills.
You will own end-to-end analytics reporting from developing ETL pipelines and managing business logic to building dashboards and communicating insights to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end reporting for World Cup product supply & engineering initiatives
- Build & optimize ETL pipelines; manage user-file ingestion (Excel, CSV)
- Apply transformation logic and enrich raw data for analysis
- Create interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI)
- Partner with supply chain & product engineering teams to define business requirements
- Present insights and dashboards to senior stakeholders
- Ensure data accessibility and timely delivery across teams
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years in data analytics or data engineering.
- Strong SQL & Python expertise.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Data Lakehouse platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
- Backend / data pipeline development.
- Experience supporting manufacturing/supply chain.
- Excellent communication & business stakeholder management.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior Nike experience highly preferred.
- Cloud (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform).
- CI/CD exposure.
- Experience in sports analytics.
