Job Description:

 

We are looking for a seasoned SAP ABAP Developer to join our team, supporting mission-critical initiatives for one of our leading clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP development and a track record of delivering complex solutions in alignment with business objectives.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Demonstrate expertise in ABAP development based on intricate functional specifications.
  2. Address and resolve complex technical issues promptly for users, partners, and colleagues.
  3. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to ensure clarity and transparency.
  4. Lead in prioritizing and managing the work backlog to align with strategic business objectives.
  5. Foster strategic collaboration with business users, SAP consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and seamless collaboration. Lead engagement with functional teams for optimal project delivery.
  6. Advocate for and ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and the organization's IT architecture.
  7. Lead the development and execution of advanced test plans, collaborating closely with functional teams to surpass acceptance criteria.
  8. Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends and new SAP features. Lead efforts for process improvement, automation, and optimization within SAP modules and business processes.
