Software Project Manager Contract-to-Hire (Hybrid)
Seeking a mid-level Software Project Manager to lead multiple small-to-mid scale initiatives, with one large rollout impacting 55+ facilities. This hybrid role involves creating and managing project documentation (plans, minutes, stakeholder tracking, etc.), coordinating with external development vendors, and adapting to a fast-paced, non-PMBOK environment.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent waterfall-based projects
- Experience working with tech stacks like Oracle Fusion, SQL Server, Smartlinx, Apploi, PCC
- Exposure to systems integration (100+ integrations across tools)
- Projects include Apploi rollout, possible migration from OAC to Microsoft Fabric + Power BI
- Must be proactive, adaptable, and capable of driving execution across teams.
