Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to consult on complex, large-scale initiatives with broad impact. In this role, you will:

• Lead and analyze multi-faceted projects that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles and unprecedented challenges.
• Develop and execute strategic project plans, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, providing expert consultation on project deliverables and risk mitigation.
• Manage cross-functional teams to drive project success and meet organizational goals.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure efficient project execution.
• Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues and enhance project performance.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to work independently and creatively in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple work assignments.
• Strong meeting management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, key stakeholders, and support partners.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and non-technical information effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
