Job / Services description:
· 3rd level Support for Office client core apps: M365 apps for Windows and Mac
· Enterprise mode site list maintenance for Browsers.
· 3rd Level support for MacOS related issues and File vault reporting for Mac
· 3rd Level support for Privileges Access Workstations client. Customer Internal Apps, 3rd party apps like Templafy, Nexthink, Browsers. (Chrome and Edge)
Technical Tasks / Activities:
· Supporting sign-in and activation issues. Checking licensing in User Info portal.
· Supporting Office add-ins for the Office core apps
· Updating communities and supporting documentation.
· Gathering logs and troubleshooting.
· Educating users on the best practices.
· Using Jamf / Microsoft Docs / MacAdmins Community to troubleshoot Office for Mac installation and configuration issues.
· Using application troubleshooting tools for Office Windows:
· Supporting Macros for Excel and Outlook.
· Supporting Office online apps Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
· Supporting migrations & acquisitions support for Office client core. (Not done so far. No acquisitions)
· Supporting Intune MAM for managing the mobile O365 apps. (Not done so far. Still not rolled out)
· 3rd level support is expected to handle the 3rd level Service Now tickets in the above-mentioned categories for these apps.
· Support for end users equipped with either privileged access workstations (hardened Lenovo laptops) or Secure+ Cloud PCs.
· Assist, troubleshoot resolve/liaise with experts to resolve user with issues related to MacOS.
Experience Level:
· Minimum 5 years of IT experience in Windows/Mac/Desktop apps application support
Required Skills:
· Practical Experience of Microsoft End User Products
· OneDrive Sync client for Windows, Mac and Mobile.
· Patch Office suites for Windows and Mac.
· Using tools like Jamf / Microsoft Docs / MacAdmins Community to troubleshoot Office for Mac installation and configuration issues.
· Application troubleshooting tools for Office Windows: e.g. Offcat, SaRa, etc.
· Experience in Supporting Microsoft Office Suite
· Support Macros for Excel and Outlook.
· Support Office Online Apps Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.
· Support Migrations & Acquisitions for Office Client Core.
· Intune MAM for managing the mobile O365 apps.
· Experience in Supporting Mac apps, Mac OS, Jamf, safari Browser, Azure AD, Mac Book,
