Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Compliance Lead in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with solution leads to define compliance standards, security protocols, audit features, training materials, and internal control updates
* Coordinate with Risk Management on revisions to control guides
* Support testing activities (e.g., UAT), including test case development and issue resolution
* Identify process changes and advise on change management strategies
* Monitor legislation and regulations affecting audit, compliance, and IT standards; recommend policy updates
* Review agency-specific requirements to ensure compliance in software implementation
* Recommend audit remediation strategies for use in protocols and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field; Equivalent managerial experience may substitute for audit-specific background
* Strong knowledge of compliance statutes, policies, and internal control frameworks
* Extensive experience in internal audit management, including planning, testing, reporting, and control evaluation
* Skilled in developing and delivering compliance training
* Effective communicator and proven leader; Able to work independently or lead teams
* Understanding of financial management practices across diverse organizational structures

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
