Job Details
Nasdaq eVestment is seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Revenue team. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering a seamless onboarding experience and fostering strong, ongoing client relationships for Nasdaq eVestment's data-driven solutions. This role acts as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through initial implementation, training, and continued value realization, while collaborating with internal teams to optimize client engagement, retention, and satisfaction. The role involves serving private markets, asset managers and asset owners.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional client consultation and client onboarding experience.
Lead onboarding meetings and customize training sessions to ensure successful implementation and rapid adoption.
Serve as the primary contact throughout onboarding, providing hands-on support, technical guidance, and troubleshooting to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
Coordinate with internal teams for a seamless transition from sales through onboarding to engagement.
Proactively identify and resolve client concerns, supporting resell and relationship recovery efforts as necessary.
Partner with broader revenue team to develop and implement strategies that enhance engagement, support renewals and price increase, and foster long-term loyalty.
Collaborate with product and strategy teams to relay client feedback and contribute to solution enhancements that improve onboarding and engagement.
Serve as an expert guide on Nasdaq eVestment solutions, providing clients with reliable and insightful assistance throughout their journey.
Qualifications
This position can be located in Atlanta, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

Qualifications
- Candidates with experience in private markets are preferred.Proficiency in leveraging Nasdaq eVestment solutions.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Background in client onboarding, engagement, or relationship management within financial services or SaaS industries.
- Mastery of project management and presentations.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
