Candidate Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

12 Years - Progressive experience as a Business Architect (or similar strategic role) with strong emphasis on enterprise-level initiatives.

12 Years - Proven success in large-scale digital transformation and business process reengineering projects, with measurable operational improvements.

12 Years - Expertise with MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture), including MITA State Self-Assessments (SS-A) (highly desirable).

10 Years - Business modeling expertise with tools/methodologies such as BPMN, UML, ArchiMate, and enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF.

10 Years - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills for complex issues and pragmatic solutions.

10 Years - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

10 Years - Strong negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution abilities.

8 Years - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master s preferred).

8 Years - Demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical groups on complex business problems, including strong oral/written communication.

Preferred Qualifications

12 Years - Direct, hands-on experience with Health and Human Services (HHS) integrated eligibility systems (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, CHIP) including federal and state policy knowledge.

10 Years - Experience in government or public sector environments.

10 Years - Relevant certifications (CBAP, TOGAF, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).

10 Years - Familiarity with Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies.
