Responsibilities:
- Create documentation to acquire required permits for natural gas distribution construction projects.
- Organize and assemble construction packets for contractors and field personnel.
- Research and evaluate existing records in multiple software and records systems for completeness and accuracy.
- Input data into company record systems and databases as required.
- Coordinate activities on company projects using engineering records, field books, and mapping information.
- Compile, track, and communicate the status of documentation on a location-specific scale as requested.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and ability to assess and reprioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local and state permitting processes is a plus.
- Experience with SAP, GIS, and utility knowledge is preferred.
