As a Technical Product Owner, you will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and innovative technical solutions. You will own the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and ensure the successful delivery of AI-powered andcloud-native applications. Your experience with AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI Foundry, will be instrumental in driving intelligent automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements.
• Lead discovery workshops and technical feasibility assessments, especially fora-driven and cloud-based solutions.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and system-level requirements.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and a transformation roadmaps.
• Drive the integration and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI Foundry capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.
• Guide the development and deployment of AI-powered features, including natural language processing, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to architectural standards.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies, review test cases, and support UAT and defect triage.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges across systems.
• Serves the primary point of contact for technical queries related to AI features and cloud-native product capabilities.
• Champion the use of Azure AI services, including Azure Open-air, Cognitive Services, and ML Ops pipelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in product development processes, especially in AI model lifecycle management and responsible AI practices.
• Acts a product and technology evangelist, promoting AI adoption and innovation across the organization.

Experience

• Minimum6 years of experience as a Product Owner with a strong technical background.
• 10+years of experience in IT Consulting or 6+ years in Business Consulting with focus on Technology Advisory.
• Proven experience in AI solution provisioning, including model selection, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Copilotand Azure AI Foundry, with a clear understanding of their capabilities and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system integration, APIs, and cloud technologies (especially Microsoft Azure).
• Experience in Discrete Manufacturing (preferably Automotive), with exposure to CRM, Sales Transformation, and Dealer Management systems.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Safe) and tools such as Azure Davos.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development.
• Exposure to Design Thinking, User-Centered Design (UCD), or similar methodologies disadvantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and on-technical audiences.
